Technology makes the romance in the pair can be reduced
Technology was able to create a modern man becomes increasingly less romantic. It was revealed from a study of men conducted by the British retail chain of stationery UK, Partners.
According to the research, one of 20 men do not say ‘I love you’ to her partner for the first time directly, but through the short message service (SMS). In almost the same percentage of respondents actually put it through e-mail or phone.
Meanwhile, a third of men admitted they never wrote literally with a pen, a love letter to their loved ones. Therefore, most British women have never again receive a letter or note romantic than men, for nine years.
However, in a survey involving 2500 respondents, it turns out women are also experiencing a similar trend with men. Five percent of women were more like to express his love by phone or e-mail, rather than directly.
Overall, 15 percent of men and 10 percent of women prefer to not deal directly to express his love for the first. more than 70 respondents said they would be shocked if they get a handwritten love letter, rather than via SMS and phone.
“It’s very concerning because the art of making love letter seemed to be getting extinct. People who are in love seems increasingly lazy and depend on the instant form of communication such as SMS and e-mail,” said Lisa Bond from Partners.
Now, it is rarely found anymore someone spraying a letter with perfume before sealing the envelope and send it. “When it received a letter from the lover is the most romantic,” Bond added. “And that would be of value for life, because he never can be destroyed only in one-time massage button.”
